Savoia Family Practice
A note on walk-in clinics:
If you go to a walk-in clinic, please be sure to tell them you are Dr. Savoia's patient, or you may be entered as a full-time patient of that clinic and removed from Dr. Savoia's panel of patients!
New Notice to My Patients Regarding Use of Electronic Scribe
Did you know that Dr. Savoia spends 3-4 hours each night writing her progress notes and referral letters?
An electronic scribe is a SECURE digital tool that listens during your appointment and creates a draft note for Dr. Savoia. In this way, Dr. Savoia can spend more time listening and less time typing, is less likely to forget something when multiple issues are being discussed, and gives Dr. Savoia more time to spend with her family and taking care of her own self care and mental health.
By receving care, you are providing consent to use the scribe. However, if you prefer that
Dr. Savoia not use the scribe, please tell Dr. Savoia.
